Wrong size, wrong color, or the sparkle looked different at home — the partner return network takes it back.
You have 30 days from delivery to return most items for a refund or exchange through the same retail partner network that delivered them. Trying a piece on at home the way you would in a fitting room is completely fine — that is what the window is for. Fold the garment back into its polybag with the tags still attached and it is ready to travel.
Nightgowns, pajama sets and anything worn against the skin can only be returned unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and the hygiene liner in place where one exists. This is the standard apparel rule at every partner in the network, and it protects the next customer as much as it protects you: nothing that has been slept in ever goes back on a shelf. A piece tried on over underwear for a minute in front of the mirror passes; a piece that has seen a full night or a beach day does not.
Returns travel through the partner networks that handle the deliveries — thousands of carrier counters, lockers and drop-off locations across all 50 states, most within a short drive. No appointment is needed, and the drop-off scan starts the refund clock immediately.
Once the partner return center receives the parcel and it passes inspection, the refund goes back to the original payment method through the partner that took the payment. Allow 5–7 business days for it to appear on your statement.
An M that should have been an L, black when the room needed silver, a babydoll when the evening called for a full-length gown? Say so in the first email — if the replacement size or color is in stock at the partner warehouse, it is reserved while your return travels. Between-size advice lives in the fit guide; borderline cases are exactly what the exchange lane is for.
A split seam out of the bag, a torn lace panel, a zipper that will not close, a patch of missing sequins — send a photo within 7 days of delivery and the item is replaced or refunded at no cost to you. No return trip is required unless the partner center asks for the item back. Defects are our problem, not yours.
